We’re all about sticking to tried-and-true classics, but there’s something extra special about being one of the first brides to say “I do” in a brand-new spot. As 2015 comes to a close, get a head start on next year’s planning picking from some of the latest venues to hit the market in Miami. Here are five of our faves that go from beachfront to poolside, with opulent options in between.

Faena Hotel Miami Beach (Above)
The much-anticipated Faena opens up this season, bringing some of the best names in both the art and culinary world to the table. Think oceanfront domes with golden Damien Hirst statues, Top Chef stars and grillmasters hailing from Argentina. Pair its beachside location with venues like the European opera house-inspired Saxony Theater — decked out with red velvet and gold leaf-covered columns — and you have a recipe for one of the most elegant receptions on South Beach.

The Langford
Just about to debut Downtown, the boutique Langford is bringing back Miami’s Roaring ’20s days with a historic locale in the revamped Miami National Bank, dating back to 1925. Add that “something old” to your wedding, posing for vintage-style photos around the Beaux-Arts building. When it comes to views, the ones here can’t be beat, with rooftop receptions overlooking Miami’s iconic skyline and cuisine whipped up by culinary genius Chef Jose Mendin of Pubbelly Group.

1 Hotel South Beach
One of the newest hotels on South Beach, 1 Hotel allows brides to take their pick of places to say “I do,” from the rooftop pool deck 18 stories up to a beachfront ceremony in the sand, walking the boardwalk instead of an aisle. Brides going for a “green” element will love the signature wall in the ballroom, a 20-foot-high work of art crafted with living moss.

Gianni’s at The Villa
When it comes to decadence, each room in the former Versace mansion is more over-the-top than the next. Start with cocktails in Versace’s one-time kitchen, the lounge-like Onyx Bar, before throwing a reception to remember on the patio overlooking the 54-foot-long Million Mosaic Pool, with over one million mosaic tiles sparkling with 24-karat gold.
